            The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:

            “A BILL to amend and reenact §16-5Q-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the James "Tiger" Morton Catastrophic Illness Fund; providing for tax deductible donations; and providing a schedule requiring certain donation totals be met prior to receiving state appropriations.”
